A warning for Mac Users (of Microsoft Office for Mac)
Network Box is issuing a warning to Mac users to switch on their auto-updater if they use Microsoft Office on their Macs. Simon Heron, internet security analyst for Network Box says: "This month's patch Tuesday from Microsoft included two security bulletins for Microsoft Office. Critically, these affect Office on Macs. Mac users are not as used to worrying about their security as Microsoft users, so often don't have their auto-updater switched on. This will leave them vulnerable.
"We're advising all Mac users to ensure they update their Microsoft Office to make sure they have the latest protection, and to be vigilant for future threats."
